Kirea is registered with the Italian Revenue Agency (Agenzia delle Entrate) under tax code 18130971007, with the name KIREA ODV, and is registered in the RUNTS (National Single Register of the Third Sector) in the “Voluntary Organizations” section, by resolution no. G13510 of 20.2025, pursuant to Article 47 of Legislative Decree no. 117 of 3 July 2017 and Article 9 of Ministerial Decree no. 106 of 15/09/2020.

Collective Commitment
All members of Kirea ODV are called to consider others as a value, to listen with openness and curiosity, and to be examples of respect, inclusion, and acceptance. Positive energy, curiosity, and a proactive attitude are distinctive traits of our community. Reporting unethical behavior is encouraged and is an integral part of shared responsibility. The Board of Directors periodically reviews the Code of Ethics to ensure it remains consistent with the mission and principles of transparency, fairness, mutual respect, and the responsible use of all resources for the association’s projects.
Kirea ODV Code of Ethics

No member of the association receives personal gain from its activities: all resources and funds collected are used exclusively for the projects and initiatives of Kirea ODV.
